This is a party-sized premix that's loaded with the flavours of a holiday season, which makes it excellent for a holiday party. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup to use in breakfast cocktails, desserts, or for more rounds of bikinis.

Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Method
For the Cordial: Place the listed items in a pan, heat until it reaches a simmer, mixing so the sugar melts. Next, remove from the stove and let it to cool down fully. Transfer into an sealable bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for about a month.
To make Cocktail Base: Pour the specified liquids into one big jug, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then pass it through , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the batch mix to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
